These terms apply to your use of bootprint3d.com and any purchase from D&H Global, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as BootPrint Fabrication ("BootPrint Fabrication", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and personalization

Our products are 3D printed and personalized to order. Photos on the site show examples. Small variations in color, layer lines and finish are normal. You are responsible for checking the personalization text you enter; we print it as entered. Design proofs are provided only on custom orders.

Content you send us

When you send us text, photos or design files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and permission to have them reproduced. We may decline any request we believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders.

Production, shipping, cancellations and returns

Production takes 7–10 business days before shipping. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. There is no warranty on the LED light. Details are in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use

Our lamps are decorative and made of PLA plastic. Use only the included LED light, keep them away from heat sources and water, and don't leave them in hot vehicles. Lamps are USB powered, and a USB wall adapter is not included.

Intellectual property

The site's designs, photos, text and graphics belong to BootPrint Fabrication or are used with permission. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
