This Privacy Policy explains how D&H Global, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as BootPrint Fabrication ("BootPrint Fabrication", "we", "us"), based in Dallas, Texas, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit bootprint3d.com or buy from us. Information we collect

• Contact form: first and last name, email, phone number (optional), your message and inquiry type.
• Custom order form: name, email, phone (optional), project details such as service type, description, material preference, quantity and deadline, and any file or photo you upload.
• Email signup (pop-up offer and footer signup): your email address, and your first name if you enter it in the pop-up.
• Orders and checkout: the items, options and personalization you choose (for example names, ranks and dates), plus the name, email, shipping and billing details and payment information you enter at checkout. Checkout and payments are handled by HyperDrive Digital payments; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical data sent with form submissions: the page URL and title, your browser's user agent, device type (mobile or desktop) and a session identifier.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to keep your cart and to remember whether you've seen or closed the signup pop-up (so it shows at most once every 30 days), and may read a session cookie used to link form submissions to your visit. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or analytics tags such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel on this site. Site images are loaded from our provider's content network, which, like any web server, receives your IP address and browser information when it delivers them. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser, but the cart may not work without them.

Facebook

Our site links to our Facebook page. If you follow that link, Facebook's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.

How we use information

• To make, personalize, ship and support your order.
• To answer your questions and quote and design custom work.
• To send order-related emails.
• To send marketing emails, such as new designs and discount codes, if you sign up.
• To keep the site working, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing with service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for their service:

• HyperDrive Digital: website hosting, forms, customer records, email signup and marketing, checkout and payment processing.
• Shipping carriers: your name and address, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your photos and personalization

Photos, files and text you send are used to make your order or quote. We don't publish them without your permission.

Email unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing hello@bootprint3d.com.

Your requests

To ask what personal information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, email hello@bootprint3d.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We keep order records as long as needed for your order and for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Children under 13

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email hello@bootprint3d.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site and checkout use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
