Army-Inspired Star Outline Tribute Lamp

Details

A clean, minimal gift for a soldier's retirement, promotion or homecoming. The white lithophane shade is printed with the outline of an Army-inspired star emblem. The design shows when the lamp is lit, and the light shines through only the shade because the top is closed. The thick shade stays dark, and only the emblem lines glow. A warm or yellow LED gives the lines a gold look. The black base carries a dead-front nameplate. It hides when the lamp is off and lights up when the lamp is on. Personalize it with a name, rank and years of service, or a short saying. Each lamp is printed to order by Bootprint Fabrication, a combat veteran-owned shop.

Questions

Can you see the nameplate when the lamp is off?

No. It’s a dead-front nameplate: the text stays hidden when the lamp is off and appears when it’s lit.

What does “Print your own photo” do?

For +$25, your photo replaces the printed design on the shade. The base and nameplate stay the same.

What badges can I add?

Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB), Pathfinder, Master Parachutist, Ram’s Head or Purple Heart, +$5.

How is it powered?

By USB with a low-heat LED. A USB wall adapter is not included.

How long does it take?
